Objectives

Introduce Velocity to the NY culinary community

Build awareness for the company and its offerings among chefs, restaurateurs, and VIP diners in the NYC community

Strategy & Tactics

Negotiated and secured a Gold Sponsorship Activation at Food Network New York City Wine & Food Festival containing five events with a direct reach of over 12,000 attendees within the four-day Festival weekend

Managed all aspects from branding, marketing/collateral, data capture to increase user engagement, on-site logistics, and brand presence throughout festival

Sponsorship activation included events hosted by Giada De Laurentiis, Rachael Ray, Mario Batali, Michael Symon and the cast of the Food Network’s flagship show- Chopped; All events consisted of 600-3,000 person reception style walk-around experiences

Results

Reached more than 12,000 attendees through overall presence

Increased awareness through event collaterals including media and social media
